1. Fan Isolation (FION010)
Some still send us a mail asking to get hold of a copy. We're sorry to tell that all the 12inches promo are sold out. Nearly half of the copies we had were sold in less than 30minutes after the mail was send. So, a big and huge thanks to our loyal fans, and enjoy that extreme rare promo release Fan Isolation, because only you have that rarity, you paid for it, so only you will enjoy it. We are counting on your integrity to keep it for yourselves and not share with anybody else.

2. Bitter Isolation (ION011) The European version of Bitter Isolation is available in every good record shop or Website across the globe. We already received a vast amount of positive reactions (some even say it is by far the most aggressive album we made...getting old does have its advantages it seems). And we even found a review (sorry it's in German) written quite some time before the album got released. Most of the "Isolated sessions" are over and thus it is time to slowly start revealing what us three have been doing over the past two years.

Hour zero is approaching, some of you have eagerly been awaiting new Ionic Vision material and at this point in time it is closer than you may expect.

Us three have worked very hard over the past few years to find a decent follow up for Actual(ION009). During that period we got in touch with a lot of nice people resulting in firstly the "Sweet Isolation" CDEP (ION010), which is a collaboration with none other than the highly respected EBM formation Orange Sector. Next to that we also managed to collaborate with the creme de la creme in the current alternative dance scene for sure. With none other than infamous top DJ The Horrorist, Ionic Vision got to the fact of creating another 12 inch on vinyl entitled "Club Isolation" (VION010/TTC-015) on the international respected label Things To Come Records. This is yet another assault from Ionic Vision on their isolated status, proving their EBM music is a lust for both EBM and club dancefloors, and that this band has more potential than most would even think!.

Now, from the past to the present and the very near future:

All the Isolated sessions are now completed and we are counting down the release date for the EPCD Sweet Isolation (ION010), one of the three releases that will highlight our eternal isolation in the music business. This 8 track EP to be released February 2008 contains various remixes of two main tracks called 'Die Macht' and 'Sleep' (Later to be found in different versions on the full album Bitter Isolation (ION011))

"Die Macht" (completely sung in German) indicates how sex breeds power. For that Ionic Vision invited one of the bands that inspired them back in the early 90s to create pure EBM.

That band is no one less than Orange Sector. Martin Bodewell lends additional vocals to this track, making it even harsher and more brutal (the 170BPM raises...) Besides this, Orange Sector for the first time since their existence made a remix for another band...and their “Virus Mix” they made is yet another powerful track, like they have made for themselves over the years.

Oliver Chesler, better known for his marvelous work as The Horrorist, managed to create a mid eighties atmosphere by turning this song into a Klinik ode. Next to The Horrorist, Millimetric made an astonishing club interpretation where you are expected to join in the chant...

Last but not least, the latest addition on the Machineries of Joy platform, the Belgian rising EBM band Darkmen, proved pleasure in remixing Die Macht, and on the "Kraft Durch Freude" version you can clearly hear and feel that.

"Sleep" is a very personal track concerning the lyrical part. Off course, all Ionic lyrics are personal but these are very special as they deal with the personal loss of loved ones. People whom they cared for and miss a lot, "their time has come, it wasn't meant, and maybe we will meet them again"...

A true hard EBM track, but with a very deep and serious moving content. The remix treat here comes from none other than famous and infamous club DJ David Carretta, a splendid rework of what is already a solid track, a dance floor filler in all sorts of club. Expect this mix to invade across the globe!!

As Ionic Vision always tries to diverse as much as they can, they kindly invited the artist 'Elektrolad' to give Sleep a twisted make over, turning this song into the most experimental and out of line Ionic Vision remix ever heard. After hearing this remix only once there were no more doubts, this is something the Ionic public should listen to, the finest of experimental view on Ionic music. Ionic Vision is EBM, but while always trying to broaden the horizon, this remix is once again the best proof.

So you see, expect something great to come. Once more we will show the world how isolated we are, and how bitter this can be.

The Isolated Sessions

Dear VIP's,

Here we are! Summer is gone and Winter is laying at the door....but now get set for a nice hot Ionic Winter...

At this very moment, Louis is finishing the very last Isolated Session which is the mix-down and mastering of our upcoming album 'Bitter Isolation' (ION012). A set of 12 EBM-loaded tracks (+ one exclusive sampler track) are coming your way very soon. If all goes as planned this will all be done before the end of September. What remains is finalizing the artwork and ensuring that all parties, involved in releasing it, are aware of what's to come.

To complete all of this we do have several releases which will give strength to this album. Again we managed to work with some lesser known bands and some very big (and when we say �big� we mean �big!�) from within and outside the EBM scene, one by one true professionals with the heart for music on the right place!! All that can be found on the upcoming remixes which were done for Ionic Vision.

Let explain a bit. The first set of remixes to come can be found on a 12"vinyl release called 'Club Isolation' (VION010). This time, Ionic Vision collaborated with sounding names like The Horrorist, David Carretta, Millimetric and DJ Stamba. All four of these DJ/Artists made truly a darn bashing remake of two to-be-released songs being "Die Macht" and "Sleep". These pounding mixes will only appear on 12" vinyl and released on The Horrorist�s personal label "Things to come records". The Isolated Sessions

Dear VIP's,

No need to worry, Ionic Vision is still in the running, more alive than ever before and we are delighted after a long period of no sign of life to bring some sparkling hot news.

We are going through a bunch of what we call Isolated Sessions. What these Isolated Sessions mean will become more clear as we get closer to the release of our new album. Up until now, we already did finish two Isolated Sessions.

One being the promotion pictures shoot (of which we may show some pics on www.myspace.com/ionicvision soon) and the second is the completion of 14 new tracks for the upcoming CD album.

There is no release date set yet, as we still need to record all vocals, do the final mastering, finish some more Isolated Sessions...

Now we come to the most urgent matter in this mail : In order to complete all phases in our Isolated Sessions, we would like to call out to anyone interested in doing a remix for us. The summer of 2006

Dear VIP's,

For starters, we wish all of you a nice holiday season.

Ionic Vision has no plans to enjoy a lazy hot summer (although we do have holiday plans), instead we will perform and work hard on our new CD.

Some facts we can already share with you about ION010:
1. the work will be done by all three of us again
2. it will be loaded with angry basslines, fierce drums, kicking vocals...angst loaded songs about sex, drugs and EBM
3. we have plans to record the inital vocals elsewhere than "under the roof" the mastering part will remain "under the roof"
4. we do have plans to work along with a famous EBM band, hello to Kurt and G�nter :-))
5. we are talking with famous DJ's again (hence Terence Fixmer and Thomas P Heckmann) to give our songs another clubboost.

and expect more to come, no more compromises, EBM rules!

As a showcase we will slap every EBM head right in the face on the second edition of the FamilienTreffen (August 04). For the second time the Electric Tremor team (everyone by now should now these lads are the core when it comes down to EBM in the entire world, keep it raging against the acoustic there) organises a huge EBM festival with a kick ass selection, and yours truly gets a small part of the stage to perform as well. We will bring a raging set which will exclusively hold a few tracks from our upcoming album. Besides good EBM music, one will be able to enjoy, beer, meat, beer, meat, beer, meat and beer... And so will we !

Dear VIP's across the globe,

Tomorrow will be a special day for all of you EBM heads! IONIC VISION (along with DIVE, ORANGE SECTOR and J�GER 90) will play live at the Dominion Club in Magdeburg. Not only will we showcase our latest album, "Actual", but we will also record this gig with the intention to release it as official live material, so come over and hum along with us.

Please, take note that the running order has been changed. Trial, which off course is a far more popular and better band, plays after us, so do come one hour earlier to see us, come and grab some beers with us afterwards, to enjoy Orange Sector one hour later!

Hymns of Steel

Ladies and gentlemen, spread the news because the worlds' first and full dedicated EBM sampler is ready to be launched.

After more than a year of intense labour, everyone at Machineries Of Joy (by now most known as the EBM division of COP intl) can proudly present the following cr�me de la cr�me of todays EBM scene.

18 Bands, some already in the run for quite a few years, others sparkling new, will spread their electronic body terror via this compilation. The expectations are high, but the quality of the tracks are even higher!

18 songs about hard and dirty work, sweat, oil and above all, the most favourite theme of all us EBM heads: Steel/Stahl. 18 exclusive tracks will soon see light of day, fill up dance floors, conquer alternative radio stations...

Ionic Vision in 2006

VIP's,

The best wishes from us three for 2006.

We ended 2005 with the way to fast released album Actual, missing a nice deal with our US partner DSBP and missing a decent promotion, but we learned our lesson, and for the next album we promise everyone to do much better! Not only Actual did see the light of day, we also ended 2005 doing a nice gig in Belgium at the Belgian Independent Festival. We still have to thank everyone from the organisation and the crowd for their best care!

2006 Starts by saying we recently got confirmation that we are allowed to showcase our famous Country and Western set in Magdeburg at the 7th Electronic Attack Festival on February 25th. All three of us will be there to hum along with Orange Sector and our own Belgian topper Dive! That will be one hell of an electronic assault that night!

Speaking of Orange Sector, not only did we do remixes for E-craft, CAP and Grand Chaos (soon to be released on In Sedens, a double CD with a plethora of electronic remixers) last year, within a handfull of days the new Orange Sector album BassProdukt sees light of day. In between the solid EBM tracks is a small addition of Ionic Vision in the form of a remix (same Country and Western style all you VIP's are used from us, with heart warming banjo's, streaming violins, a little bit of nifty guitars and stomping "cowboy-boots-beats"). Support the EBM scene, buy that album, but most of all, buy Ionic Vision albums!

Not only did we do remixes, we worked hard to compile the upcoming Hymns of Steel sampler. More info will follow soon on that issue.

Last but not least, we can already reveal that we have enough arrangements ready for a new album, so this year, we will work as hard as we can, who knows, maybe next christmas, all you VIP's can ask your mommy to put that new Ionic Vision album under the tree.

Ionic Vision on stage at BIM 2005

Dear VIP's,

We want to remind you one last time that tomorrow, December 17, Ionic Vision will play at the Belgian Independent Music Festival in Antwerp. We'll be on stage with bands such as SUICIDE COMMANDO, THE NEON JUDGEMENT, SOLDOUT and many others.

Ionic Vision appears in the DAC (again)

Dear VIP's,

We have a strange mixture of some good and bad news!

While some weeks ago we were discussing the US release of the "Actual" album with our US partner DSBP, we were baffled when we had to found out (via newsletters from several mailorders) that our album would see the light of day on November 18, 2005. None of this was planned by us, so it came as a total surprise. Because of this the US release in collaboration with DSBP had to be canceled. There was not enough time anymore to prepare the extra mixes, extra tracks, new artwork... that we were setting up. We have to dissapoint our US fans (and DSBP) as the album will only be available as import.

Not only did we miss an exclusive US release, due to this unwanted decision we do miss a lot of hot interviews and reviews in some great magazines, we had to start up a blitz promotion, taking the risk to miss club play, charts exposure... many cancelations of different kinds!

The good thing though is that we just got confirmation that ACTUAL has hit the bullets of the DAC (Deutsche Alternative Charts), so even if we did miss out a shipload of goodies, and even if we did not have time to prepare decent promotion, we still get the support we deserve (a big thank you). For the third time in a row (First with the album "NeuMaschinen", secondly with the club EP "In between"), Belgian EBM trio Ionic Vision proves that modern EBM is not dead at all.

So, if there are fans out there who feel like supporting us even more than they already did so far, we kindly ask them tomorrow to go to their nearby record store (or via numerous mailorders who seem to have listed the cd) and order the new Ionic product, "Actual" (ION009). Support the scene, buy the album now before it reaches the sold out status (more than a few already stated this is the best Ionic Vision release ever!)!

Secondly, Ionic Vision will play on 17th of December on the Belgian Independent Music Festival in Antwerp. Thirdly we have to tell you that Ionic Vision has been doing several remixes over the past few months. We did make an exclusive remix for E-craft for a song to appear on that special Hymns Of Steel sampler (to be released on Machineries Of Joy, the only true EBM label ever), on that same compilation album we did make a special edit for CAP and an extended version for a very famous Orange Sector track!

Few days ago, we got confirmation that our soulmates Orange Sector approved the remix we did for them (from a bashing new track of them called Tanzbefehl), so we hope it will see the light of day on their upcoming album. And last but not least, this week we will finish a remix for Belgian band Grand Chaos.

So you see, loads and loads of tasty goodies from the one and only remaining EBM band Belgium has.

Interview

Tomorrow we will do that one time promo gig for our new album "Actual - ION009" in Frankfurt Am Oder, you already know the songs we will play, we did send the address, and we play along with J�ger 90, Sequenz E and Coinside and Zentrum der Arbeit. Not only will we be bashing the chalk of the sealing, but we will also be selling some goodies like T-shirts and CD's, so no reason not to be there.

Another thing is that we gave an exclusive interview in Dark Entries (Belgian Independent Magazine) concerning the Belgian Independent Music Festival that takes place on December 17 in Antwerp (Hof Ter Lo). Actual live

It is without a doubt a solid fact that the new Ionic Vision album 'Actual (ION009)' will be released beginning of 2006 (we hope to have a european and a us release at the same time).

We already did some warming up (promotional purposes) in Lille where we had a two hour radio special on Sampler Et Sans Reproches and we will do one gig this Saturday in Frankfurt Am Oder (at Mikado - www.dark-regards.de).

Just for this once we will send you a list of the songs we will play. For one simple reason: The average speed of the tracklisting is 170 BPM, so we consider this live act to be the most aggressive we have ever played.

We're back!

Dear VIP's,

We kept silence for quite a while, but here we are with a huge pile of news! First of all, Ionic Vision has a new album all ready to be printed. Indeed, the new album will be entitled "Actual" (and the tradition requires a catalogue number and that will be ION009) The album will house 13 brand new EBM tracks (what else did you expect from us), no remixes, no special release...nothing but a regular bashing album. The final release date is not set yet, but will most probably will not be before end of 2005, more details in the upcoming weeks (see attachment ION009).

Even if the release is not for 2005 we start doing some warming up gigs and parties from next week on. Next week already the French radio show Sampler & Sans Reproches (based in Roubaix/Lille) will be the very, very, very first to broadcast our new tunes. Two hours of full Ionic dedication, including an interview with all three of us live in the studio, and offcourse we play these new songs. Besides that, all three of us collected a set of our favourite EBM tunes which will be played by no-one else but our lifetime fan and very good friend Walter Pluquet (see attachment S&SR).

Next to that, our good friend Thomas Goldacker (who runs Tremag booking agency) did already plan two promotional gigs. Ionic Vision will be spreading pure EBM in Rostock on October 1 and Frankfurt Am Oder on October 15, so all you guys from Sweden, get your snowy boots overthere and join our "Actual" "Rage against the acoustic" on these dates.

Something very strange happened a while ago, another good friend of ours did ask us if we cared to play once again in Belgium. Ionic Vision swore never to play again in that crappy country (with all these narrow minded people). But Peter Mastbooms (from the very good Dutch speaking magazine Dark Entries) convinced us to do so, and the result is that we will play the Belgian Independent Music festival on December 17 (see attachment BIM). Along with Suicide Commando (hela Johan, we gaan der nog eens een pint pakken jongen), Monolith, IC 434, The Weatherman and The Neon Judgement we will show that Belgian electronic music is still alive!

Last but not least, we at Machineries Of Joy can spread the news that the Hymns Of Steel sampler is nearly completed. A very strong bunch of the latest and pure EBM scene have all send their track handling about Steel/Stahl. With pride we at Machineries Of Joy can say that this is one the very very rare pure EBM samplers (just like Ionic Vision, we make no compromises, EBM is EBM, and if it is not, the chance of getting on the sampler was zero!). Names like E-craft, Prager Handgriff, Ionic Vision, Tyske Ludder, Orange Sector, Proceed, oh so many bands that delivered a splendid song....Keep an eye on that one, and we will via this newsletter keep you all posted.

Very Ionic Persons,

Since October last year, not much information was send out from our behalf....but here we are with some great news for 2005.

After the release of "TION008 - Casual", we can proudly announce the news of our upcoming album entitled "Actual" later this year (on Machineries Of Joy). We have been working very hard (and we still are) finishing 14 songs, and only a handfull need to pass the final recording process before we go over to all further details. Whenever we have more movement on that, you will all know.

Yesterday I received a message on my cell phone from Sven saying that Brecht, who's Sven's first born, is a big brother now. And so I am very proud to announce that the Ionic next of kin has just been extended again with the addition of : DAAN.

Yes, indeed. Sven, his wife Tine and big brother Brecht have a new mouth to feed since yesterday approx 3PM.

Daan is a very healthy boy, weighing about 3,570 kilo and both him and mother are doing great. All went well.

And now you can take 2 guesses who is the godfather. Indeed, yours truly !!! I will take this task upon me with honor, responsibility and dignity. I'm sure that his cries and screams will be used by us as inspiration for our next songs, but that is not important right now.

This time no news about Ionic Vision. That is to say, we have nothing new to tell you. We are still working hard to get those demo tracks up and running. We have 3 ready, another 9 to go.

Very soon we will have one new item in our catalogue called CASUAL (TION008) and seeing the catalogue number, you fans out there should already recognize the letter T in the TAG-number.

The big news we want to share with you comes from another band, called PROCEED.

Yes, this teutonic headsmashing EBM-formation will release their very strong debut-CD on the COP sub-label Machineries Of Joy (by now, all of you should know this is th� place to be for 'real' Body Music!).

You can already check this band out via their website www.proceedweb.de. There you will find snippets from their album, a guest book (to which you can subscribe), and a list of their upcoming performances, so you can enjoy them on stage.

Expect no rock and roll, no candlelight diner tunes but hard hitting music, just the way it should be!

And now that we are on the subject of being on stage, on November 20 (the 12th Electric Tremor festival) PROCEED will present their album on stage along with label mates Ionic Vision.

Initial News

Dear VIP�s,

First of all, our deepest apology for it�s been a while since you heard from us. We enjoyed the holiday season; we took a little break just to fresh up our EBM dilated brain, but most of all, we worked hard getting acquainted with our brand new sparkling power gear.

From here on Ionic Vision is part of those who use �Reason� software. New equipment, new sounds, new way of working�it always slows a band down, but so far we can reveal that we have enough tracks in a demo-stage for a complete album, which we hope to finish later on this year. We have also contacted some new DJ�s to make pounding club-versions (12� vinyl only) for you to enjoy. But it�s still very, very hush-hush!! This secret will be revealed some time later this year.

Besides all this, you will be getting a status very soon on a new addition to our very own label Machineries Of Joy. A German EBM duo is about to release their strong debut CD. More news on that within the upcoming weeks!

Last but not least, we are planning a few live dates in Germany, and along with our new partner �Tremag� (www.tremag.org), an East German based booking agency, we have plans to do some touring next year� but let�s keep longing for that one for just a little while.

So you see, no one needs to worry that we vanished from the planet�on the contrary�we are very much alive and busy

Operating, generating...New Life

no news from the music front, for a short while all Ionic activities were down because of several good and unfortunate bad issues. To those who did not receive e-mails or ordered cd's, please accept our apologies. Today all packages were send out and we will start working again within the upcoming weeks on our new album, a promise!

Now for some grrrrrreat news : Andy has become daddy for the second time! Yes dear people, his wife gave birth to a healthy girl called LORIN. She weighs 3.420Kg and measures 49cm.

Well done, I wish the four of them the best wishes forever and beyond!

NeuMaschinen - The end of an era

By the time you read this mail, Ionic Vision is definately closing down the NeuMaschinen era. No better way to close it than announcing that the limited edition of the album (XION006) due to relative demand will be officialy available quite soon. With an extreme limited promotion (because we prefer to keep it as exclusive as possible) we linked the "In Between" (ION007) to this release. We, from our side, have a special offer on both releases ready for those who care : the triple set of releases will be available through our web-shop (www.dsbp.cx/ionic) for only 30euro (p&p included). That will be the final action taken for that release.....may these machines rest in peace.... and for those who didn't get the special 2nd Injection of My Cell by no-one else than Terence Fixmer, hurry, because it will be deleted by the end of the week !!!

But there is no reason to get depressed, we can proudly announce that we have recorded our first demo track yesterday and this points to the start for a new album. Too soon to spread rumours, but what you can expect may be of no doubt, a solid, raw, brutal set of pure EBM tracks that will kick the bass directly into your face. No compromises or no soft touches.....get ready for it! Get ready for our anti-acoustic rage again and again and ....

'In between' (ION007) accross the world

we have good news and some bad news. Last week we received the message that all the 12"es of "In Between" (VION007) were sold out in one day only! This is of course good news, but it's bad for all you collectors out there who had the intention to buy one of these ditties. But no worries, the CD is still available in large quantities. As for the reactions on this CD, we entered (thanks to our US supportive main-label DSBP) a set of US charts and we even made it in some on the 3rd position! Soon, we will get some reactions from this side of the ocean, as sales started already and we made it again in the bullets of the German alternative charts. More news is that you won't be able to find anymore copies of NeuMaschinen (ION006) as this album has reached its 'sold out' status. We have few remaining copies available and we will be putting them in a special offer package very soon.

When Ionic Vision contacted Terence Fixmer and Thomas P Heckmann to make remixes for our current release, called In Between (ION007), Terence made several proposals. At one point he planned to put 2 Fixmer remixes on one side of the vynil version of the release . One was the remix as featured on the CD and the vynil as is, but he also planned another one, a kind of reprise/dub/short edit. At the end we all decided not to add this 2ND INJECTION of "My Cell", as it was called.

Now as a total exclusive free download and to promote our new Ionic product to be released next Monday, the MP3 of this 2ND INJECTION is made available as a teaser on our website for one month only. After that period it will be disappear into this air and never be revealed by us again.

Electrinity New Site Online - Black Wedding

Hello all you Ionic People, not much new to tell here, not when it comes down to Ionic activities. However we do have two important matters to announce:

Firstly the Ionic In-house designer Stephanie Fraikin has made it to put her website on-line. The magnificent work she did for Ionic Vision is less than the top of the iceberg of her creations, so you should get there and admire the work of Electrinity: http://users.skynet.be/electrinity

Secondly, we will not reveal too much about it, but another Ionic contributor, Louis Zachert, our In-house production engineer is working hard to complete an album with his solo project Black Wedding... And as for Ionic Vision, we'll be doing some more gigs this year to highlight the release of NeuMaschinen and we are currently working along with huge names, truly huge names, for a next 'project', but to early to reveal.

We are very happy to announce that both versions of NeuMaschinen are released. May we remind you once more that ION006, which can be considered as the standard edition, has 6 exclusive tracks. On the other hand XION006, the anniversary edition, holds 7 exclusive tracks. This XION006 edition is only for sale via our website and on gigs, and as we noticed last Saturday, we expect them to be sold out very soon, so be fast and order your copy today. The ION006 edition should be in your local electro-shop any day now, so hassle them and make sure they get what you want !

Last Saturday we had our official release gig for this album in the Beat Club in Dessau (Germany) . It was an overwhelming evening, the best gig ever! With little sadness we report that the official release of NeuMaschinen is delayed for 4 more days. This means that both editions, the standard and the anniversary edition both holding exclusive remixes and tracks, will be for sale from upcoming Saturday on at the gig in Dessau (Germany).

NeuMaschinen - XION006

Well VIP's, we are less than a week before the long awaited release of NeuMaschinen..... our sixth release. Many of you who already took a peek on our sparkling new website were warmed up by the looks of a release called NeuMaschinen with a catalogue number being XION006. After so many months of keeping this silent to everyone we are proud to announce we will release two cd's instead of just one.

Why is that? We do exist ten years this year and we wanted to highlight this with a special tenth anniversary only release, thus the XION006 (in which the X stands for the Roman number 10). To the point : What exactly is so special about this release? First of all, it is a limited print, meaning, once all copies are gone, there will be no more extra printing. Besides that this release contains seven tracks that cannot be found on ION006, our regular release. XION006 has a completely stand alone design, closely related to the concept of ION006 (thanks to Electrinity and Andy). Last but not least, no mailorder or shop will have this CD available! The only two ways to get it is by buying it either on Ionic Vision gigs or straight from the Ionic Shop (www.dsbp.cx/ionic). Introducing the new Ionic site

Great news VIP's ! Great news indeed.

As promised, the new Ionic site is on-line at this very moment, thanks to the great work by Bernt at DSBP and our well-known artist, Electrinity. What didn't we change ? The address. It's still http://www.dsbp.cx/ionic/ What did change ? All of it !! We adapted the complete site as you knew it to our new release, NeuMaschinen, which will be released next week. The new site now has an intro, for which we would like to thank Robin at http://www.bichke.com/ (you should visit their site). The new site now has a Lyrics-section, divided per ION. The new site has new pictures added to the Vision-section. The new site has an extended Resume. But most importantly, the new site is still easy-to-use. Launch new site + NeuMaschinen

Hi there VIP's,

Things are getting hectic now and are in constant evolution.

What to happen over the next couple of weeks ??

First of all, the official release date for the new Ionic concept, NeuMaschinen, is set for 25 November 2002. This product cost us blood, sweat and tears and we want to take the opportunity to thank Louis, Electrinity, Tommy & Bernt at DSBP, Christian & Frank at COP for all the hard efforts they put in and for turning NeuMaschinen into the best ass-kicking, old-school Body, highly danceable, energetic, aggressive, pure synthetic CD ever... made by Ionic Vision.

Secondly, the new Ionic site we told you so much about will be launched next Monday, 18th of November. We added some new nice features I'm sure you will enjoy. Don't expect too much flash, high-tech stuff and slow visual things. Our website is meant to be easy-to-use and inviting to abuse every visit.

NeuMaschinen is on its way

We are proud to announce that the 6th Ionic release, called "NeuMaschinen" is bound to leave for the printing company. Expect a bunch of old-school EBM tracks, much more aggressive and pounding than any track on our previous releases. A release that is bathing in mature but ever remaining brutal baselines, enhanced by cynical lyrics on daily issues. A release including few remixes by no-one else than CAP (the side-project of Poupp�e Fabrikk's front man), solid mixes with a true American touch by System Syn, and last, but not least, a complete reorganized club mix by Black Wedding.

Besides the music you can also feast your eyes on the magnificent artwork by Buropolitik's Electrinity, beauty that covers the aggression inside........ All these people have done a marvelous job in the completion of this album, and for that we owe them a huge THANK YOU!

One more thing: This album will be released on MACHINERIES OF JOY, a subdivision of COP INTERNATIONAL (Europe) and of our already known partner in musical crime DSBP (USA). Expect more news and more music in the upcoming days...............

Intervieuw Hard Wire Magazine + NeuMaschinen news

Well dear V.I.P's, the 3-track promo's, or the PION006, have left the beginning of this week to some of you and for now the response is quite promising. Keep it coming ! Ionicdata@yahoo is eager for any honesty !

We have some more updates regarding ION006. Here they come :

To start with, the first intervieuw in this new era of NeuMaschinen was taken some days ago by a webzine called HARD WIRE. Just check out their site regularly : www.hard-wired.org.uk

Secondly, we decided to delete one track, called 'Behaviour', of the ION006, but it won't be discarded completely.

Thirdly, let's not forget the upcoming gig in Dessau (Germany) on November 30 together with Dupont and Proceed. The last time we sent you a status there were some tickets left. We don't know the situation now, so check it out, hurry and enjoy some really great Electronic Body Music !

And last but surely not least, the endmixing by our Brother Louis is done for about 90%, so keep you eyes out for the next status.

August 13 of the year 2002. Another day in history for Ionic Vision, because all tracks are recorded !!!

Yesterday the last song was recorded at the Brother Louis' studio in Brussels, called "Under The Roof ".

They are however not yet in endmixing status, so our Brother has yet a very heavy task. But we already know the outcome : true perfection !!!!!

NeuMaschinen - the progress

Ionic Vision is currently in the middle of ending their 6th product, "NeuMaschinen". All tracks are already in an instrumental status and the vocal parts will be added shortly in the studio of the one and only Louis Zachert, who already mastered former releases. So far, the release date for ION006 is still set for end of September. In the meantime, Ionic Vison was contacted for several gigs and already 2 are confirmed. End of November in Dessau in Germany and one in their homecountry in December. Watch out for more coming details regarding these events.

10 year anniversary in September 2002

September 1992, three young Belgian lads decide to join forces and start up a pure EBM band. A decade later and one member less , Ionic Vision still is a pure EBM band and will always remain one!

To stress this out we announce a new album, called NeuMaschinen (tagged as ION006) which will be released on DSBP coming September.It will be packed with a new load of hard hitting EBM tracks, more than ever heard and tasted before. And we state to go back to our electronic kicking roots and this is not only as promised, it's a true fact! So all you who don't like pure EBM, stay away from this album!

So far 11 songs are mastered, only a few more to go and after that we will finish the vocal part. As for the Ionic crew, we kept the same set up as before. Stephanie Fraikin (better known as Electrinity) will take care of the magnificant artwork once again and whom else than the best sound engineer would we ask to boost up this birthday CD ? Indeed, Louis Zachert is in lead when it comes down to the final sound and vocal recording. Both these people are part of our concept, Ionic Vision wouldn't be the same without them.

A solid combination breeding hard and pounding EBM, the type of EBM no other band these days even dares to offer, besides Ionic Vision of course ................... Tbc!

THE NEW ALBUM (under construction)

As you can see in the title Ionic Vision is currently in the Ionic Database working on the newest Ionic Product. The working title so far is still "NeuMaschinen". No reason for the German language, so press-guys "don't ask them!". Like the former ION, Electrinity is using her artist skills to complete the visual concept for this CD. It's looking great so far. Let's just say "it's not getting out of hand". We are hoping to release this ION006 in the beginning of next year, but it won't be coming to you, unless we are 200% pleased with the result, be it visual or aural.

Also Ionic Vision have been thinking things over and they decided to go back to their roots and make harder, rougher and throatgrabbing baselines again. No more softy-crap, that's a fact and a promise.

VERY LOW STOCK OF CION005 AND TION005

As you know we have an exclusive 2-track tape , titled "MaschinenKlang" (tagged as CION005). It includes two special mixes of " What They Want" not to be found on our latest endorsement MaschinenAngst (One was not even available on either of the two promos!) .

In addition to the ION005 series we created the TION005, which is the very first Ionic T-shirt. It has a visualization of the 3 sleeves of the ION005 versions. One side you have the sleeve of the European promo (PIONE005 "MaschinenPromo"), on the other side the sleeve of the promo for the US-market (PIONU005 "MaschinenState") and right in the middle the sleeve of the actual CD (ION005 "MaschinenAngst"). Both items are seriously thinning out in the Ionic stock, so this is just a reminder that there are only a couple of pieces left.

Ionic Vision to play live

To give our latest CD 'MaschinenAngst' (we hope to get it out before end of the month) another popular boost we are friendly invited to join a mini festival organised by no one less but one of our most dedicated Ionic Vision fan : Walter Pluquet. His organisation 'Sampler et sans Reproches' celebrates it's first decade! Together with Void Kampf and Steril we will party on all night long. The place and date to be is FACHES THUMESNIL (near Lille - France) on May 12 (further details can be found on the flyer).

The doors open at 19.30, so be there in time to have a wonderful evening together with Void Kampf, Ionic Vision and Steril and a massive EBM after party!!!

More live news: We are currently discussing another gig in Magdeburg (Germany), scheduled for June 9, but no contract has been signed yet. We'll keep you posted for sure.

The promotional factory for MaschinenAngst (ION005) has started to work all over the world of electro scenes. Already we're getting air- and club-play lists from the USA where some of the tracks, whether original or remixed by K-Beat, Suicide Commando, Diverje, NotstandsKomitee, Buropolitik or Oliver Beach, are being played and enjoyed.

To enhance the release of this fifth Ionic product, we had T-shirts made. We had so many people asking for T-shirts, so finally : the very first Ionic T-shirt (TION005). Ionic Vision on Radio Duisburg!

If you thought you heard it all with the Release Party on March 3, you are wrong. On that same day, you will be able to hear Ionic Vision on Radio Duisburg. "Rock and Wave" is the name of the program and it will be broadcasted from 19.00 on and will feature an exclusive interview.

So all you fans turn on the radio, frequency is 101.75 Mhz! If plenty of you die-hard fans show up at Soundgarden club (at 19.00), we can listen to it inside the club, where we can have more talks and such..... don't let us down!

MaschinenAngst ION005 party

The moment you VIP's (Very Ionic Persons) have been waiting for: Ionic Vision will release their new CD "MaschinenAngst" (ION005) on March 3, 2001.

And this release will surely not happen without being noticed. We are invited by two great guys (Georg Hahues and Louis Zachert ) for a release party in "Soundgarden", a wellknown club located in the heart of Duisburg (Germany). A night that will go into history, bearing the name "MaschinenNacht" (don't ask where that name comes from), is totally devoted to Ionic Vision and their new concept. The party will start at 22.00h and it will feature some of the fascinating and bashing remixes of "MaschinenAngst". Besides this, we are invited to do some small guest dj-ing. So all of you who will come can be sure to move your EBM hips and dance.

On top of this cool event Ionic Vision will give away (on irregular moments that night) some special promotional packages, including copies of PIONE005, PIONU005 (both with exclusive remixes only available on these promos) and we will give away the last copies of the two track teaser CION005 (with two special versions). And more to give away, we will create a very, very limited amount of promotional T-shirts, not to be sold there, but to give away, for free (with special exclusive "MaschinenNacht" print) !!!!! MaschinenAngst ION005 is mastered

A jolly Ionic year to you all (even if we're a bit late with it!) The first status of 2001 brings good news: MaschinenAngst ION005 is mastered, so it's only a matter of time before you can start enjoying it. We are negotiating a European release party, but we can't give any further details for now. What is more important about this CD, and what means so much to us, is the fact that we found back a friend. A friend which we lost out of sight three years ago (after the CCP fiasco), A man one can build on, a real treasure, the best sound scape engineer one can work with! We have found back our brother "Louis Zachert" !! He was responsible for the massive and solid kicking sound on "The End" (ION003). Just listen to it and you will hear what we mean, when we say : this man is the best ! Not to forget, dear VIP's, soon you will also be able to take a look at the wonderful design of another close friend of ours, Electrinity (better known as Stephanie Fraikin from Buropolitik). Working along with close friends to complete a CD is a joy for every band and we are lucky to have them ! So within a few more weeks MaschinenAngst is ready to cause you aural satisfaction !

The new look and the additions to the Ionic Site

It might seem a shock to some when entering the site, but we've kind of updated our Ionic Site. No too much. Only where necessary. We could have made a brand new one, but we thought this wasn't necessary. But enough with the small talk. What has changed ? Firstly, the red turned blue, of course, because of the upcoming release of ION005. Secondly, the anti-acoustic eye has been replaced with arrows. The smart fan already figured out, of course, that it's a detail from the sleeve from ION005.

But the best thing now is the shop, we promised. Even if you don't visit the shop rightaway and you start with the ION-section there are hyperlinks to the SHOP. Can you find them ? Anyway, enjoy the shopping and with the upcoming Christmas-holidays that won't be a problem, will it ?

IONIC PROGRESS

Mmmmmh, many of you (too many lately, therefore this mail) are wondering where our latest endorsement "MaschinenAngst" is staying. Last month we revealed the sleeves, the titles, all of the necessary info on CION005 and ION005, and then bang....... a silence (a crash)! Indeed, not much has happened since then. Well we can tell you this, we hope to release the official two track teaser (CION005) for the album one of the upcoming dates, and the album itself (ION005) is delayed for several reasons untill January, maybe little later.

What may sound good for most of you is that we are currently working like slaves to get new tracks finished for the next full lenght album (Woooooow ION006 already, entitled "NeuMaschinen"). This will also be little later than planned, only because we weren`t very happy with the original 12 tracks we had. Back to the hardcore EBM roots, that is our motto now, and so we decided to drop nearly all of these songs, rather than releasing a weak (almost poppy album???!). If all of you fans want straigth and hard EBM than we have to provide you with it. For those against this statement, drop a line in our guestbook, and go out to buy the latest Backstreet Boys CD! If you agree, drop a line in our guestbook and shout "Rage against the acoustic".............

About buying Ionic releases, our shop section will open soon. We already had mails from all over the world of people wanting to buy this cd and/or that tape........ We can`t promise any of you what will be available when you order. We certainly do not have any intention of copying old stuff onto cdr`s or new tapes (we lack too much time for this and we like to keep our releases quite limited and rare). We only sell what we have in stock, and when these items are sold out (and we got so rich we can stop working??) they are truly gone! We had several requests to keep "Rage Against The Acoustic (ION002)" and "The End - Limited Edition" (IONL003) aside, but there are no more copies of those releases! Those of you on our mailing list will be the first to read the news of our SHOP section, and can start buying if wanted.

So, all of you know what is going on for the moment (and what to expect in 2001). So relax and wait patiently for us to blast your ears with new aggressive Ionic-ness.

A new section : SHOP

We were digging in our homestudio, known to you all as the Ionic Data Base, and we came across some old tapes and CD-R's. Now we were thinking of giving all of you the chance to purchase all of these old beauties, antiquities, rarities, collectors items, whatever you like to call it. This SHOP-section is under construction, but keep your eyes feasted on the regular updates.

Also, we would like to send a major "Ionic thanks" to Walter Pluquet (S & SR), Daniel Pfennigsdorf (Proceed), Stephanie Fraikin (Buropolitik) and Filip Van Muylem. They sent us pictures (and even video material) which were taken at MAGASIN 4 at our most recent gig. Of course we hurried ourselves and posted them on our VISION-section. A visual report on the most recent gig

30/09/2000 - MAGASIN 4 - Brussels. We had a ball that day. We presented some new tracks from the forthcoming CD and already gave those who wanted access to the new songs, the opportunity to buy the promo-CD's and even promo-tapes. Each of these items contains exclusive versions and mixes. We would like to say "thanks" again to our German fans (you know who you are) for driving more than 600 km for seeing us. We were honoured by their presence and we made sure they got what they came for, a kicking gig filled with electronic sounds and metal banging. ION005 - The artwork

Now the release of MaschinenAngst, our fifth CD-release, is creeping closer on you we would like to give some more details ! We proudly reveal the magnificent artwork for MaschinenAngst designed by no-one less but Electrinity, better known as St�phanie (female member of the upcoming Belgian talent Buropolitik). A little word to explain the reason why there are three different sleeves. The official CD will be available across the globe in a blue sleeve and has our personal catalogue number ION005. The green sleeve is for the Euro-only promo, is entitled MaschinenPromo and has the catalogue number PION E 005 (the 'P' stands for Promo, and the 'E' for Europe). The red sleeve is for the U.S.-only promo, is entitled MaschinenState and has the catalogue number PION U 005 (the 'P' stands for Promo and the 'U' for U.S. ). Both the Euro- and U.S.-promo will not be commercially available and will contain exclusive remixes. None of them will be found on the official ION005. It is clear that in the U.S. clubs and radio-stations will receive the U.S.-promo and Euro-clubs and radio stations will receive the Euro- promo. The exact tracklisting of all three CD's will be available on our web very soon, next to new MP3-parts of some of the mixes. Keep on checking on a regular bases !

Ionic Vision will perform live

Hi there Ionic fans. We would like to point out that we are currently completing our next release. It sounds very good so far, but of course you'll have to make up your opinion about this yourselves. But until then you can all join the crowd and see us live. Kryptsonic, a Belgian organisation, is having a full electro-festival and together with SONAR, BUROPOLITIK, CEREMONY HARMFUL and possibly two other bands we'll be raging our anti-acoustic sounds to you on the 30th of September, in Brussels in MAGASIN 4.

Rage Against the MP3's

Besides working on new material we are concerned about the MP3 rage that is going on here, most of you already got this letter, if you didn't please read it carefully and spread the news.

Ionic Vision (Belgian electronic EBM band / www.dsbp.cx/ionic) would like to express their feelings against the repulsive abuse of MP3's. We agree that MP3's are a good and high quality item to promote bands or exchange music files. But when people start abusing it, it becomes the ultimate weapon to destroy a band, it's label and everything that comes with the making of music.

Lately so many people liking our music, and that of any other existing band offcourse, seem to download free MP3 songs. They burn them on a CDr and enjoy these free achieved tracks not aware of the damage they are causing. But just for how long do these people think they can keep on downloading songs from their favourite band? Well, not for long, because when downloading new and/or old tracks, bands don't get an income any longer No income for us, "underground bands" ends up in being unable to buy new gear for making new songs or new albums. It also means no new gear to keep live performances interesting enough. No income means, the bleeding end of any of your favourite band...... So, we would like all of you to use MP3's in a reasonable matter. Respect all sorts of music, respect all band who needs to fight hard to stay alive, respect all labels that work very hard to keep your favourite band in the spotlight (in our case this is the fantastic underground label DSBP), respect any company involved in the process of making music like recording studios, those who manufacture cd's, designing companies, distributors.....

Please, keep on supporting the music scene, because if people keep on downloading MP3's and don't invest in a CD, soon nothing of their favourite music will remain alive. All of us outthere are responsible now for the future of music, don't let the well of music run dry!

I hope this message gets through to a lot of people, feel free to spread it amongst your friends, family, send it to your favourite band, newsgroups all over the internet, spread the news around the world, before it's too late.

STATUS 14 : 07 April 2000
ION 005 - the short story part one

ION005: it is getting shaped for the moment. This MCD will be much more than a maxi, much more, you will see! DSBP and Ionic Data agreed on releasing this MCD (let's say the M stands for Mega instead of maxi) around September of this year. it will be a limited edition again, only 500 rare copies of it! But it's April, and for the moment Buropolitik is finishing a remix and Ionic Vision is taking care of more than five mixes, of which none has ever been heard before! Soon we will put up few short pieces of what to expect in the AUDIO section, short bits just to warm you all up for the upcoming electro mayhem! 100% Certain is that the artwork for both new releases will be done by someone who does fabulous things with a camera: Stephanie Fraikin (BuroPolitik). She has an nose and eyes for this kind of music and art. Remind her name because we will hear/see more from her! It may be little too soon but what the hell, we have picked (work)titels already: ION005 will probably carry the name "MaschinenAngst", and ION006 will step into history as "NeuMaschinen". And damn right, all music will be coming from "machinery". Well, we unveiled enough for now (or did you think we would already tell you which tracks will be on it?) Stay tuned and rage on against the acoustic!

STATUS 13 : 29 March 2000
ION005 - ION006 coming to DSBP!

All is said and nearly done: by the end of the year Ionic Vision will be a full-time member of the DSBP label. Before that a new MCD (announced for September 2000) will tighten up the bonds between the Albuquerque, New Mexico (USA) based label DSBP and the Belgian EBM duo Ionic Vision. This new MCD (ION005) still remains a joint-venture, just like the actual release HOMO SOVIETICUS (ION004). Still under the influence of harsh and pure electro this MCD, filled with a broad range of remixes from several good bands, will give more recognition to this strong Belgian EBM act all across the globe.

After that DSBP will release a sparkling album (ION006), compiled from the massive amount of new songs Ionic Vision wrote over the past two years. A blend between powerfull and elaborated electronics is how you could describe this album due to be released in November 2000.

Ionic Vision may have changed label but certainly not their famous well-crafted and pounding style. You can discover that soon enough, time for more 'rage against the acoustic'

New live pictures and PRESS section

We included pictures send by VIP fans in our VISION section (thanks to all of you guys in Germany, and all those who appear on the pics, you guys are 'The End'! Great audience!) Really cool pics, we may say, if you ever want to send us something nice (if nude, please only girls, sorry guys!), please don't hesitate! We are getting really nice reactions on our CD from all across the globe, from Sweden to Slovakia over Argentina and Mexico. Thank you all for not letting us down here, thank you very very much. Because of this, we set up a new section in which you can find reviews, press releases,.... you know! It's called PRESS, if you ever feel like making a review for one of our CD's, don't hesitate. Send it to our mailbox and we will include it in this section. Last but not least, we recorded a radio spot for Radio Decay in Germany, another good radio station dedicated to electronic and alternative music. They had our CD as CD of the week a while ago, and now we gladly help them in this way. So if you can receive them you may have heard it by now. But we were not payed massive for it unlike the Back Street Boys or Madonna! And we don't know exactly why? Well, enough joking for now, we are going to take a (alcohol and french fries) break for a while, hopefully this year we can strike back with brand new and electronic bashing material! More news on demos to come soon, very soon!

A new exclusive remix : "MaschinenZukunft - Stateside"

Great and unexpected news : we have created a brand new and exclusive remix of Maschinenzukunft to be released quite soon on the newest DSBP sampler. This version which listens to the name Stateside is a bashing club version of what most consider as one of our best track ever. So go out and buy this CD, not only do you support us, but the entire underground scene, and especially our label DSBP, they deserve it more than any other. Beware, this remix is an exclusive one, not to be found elsewhere but on this CD!!! We will include more info when we know more about that sampler. We are finished doing the recordings for Buropolitik. Their demo cdr will be available any day now. As you all may know, Ionic Vision made a remix of a track entitled 'Desentisized'. A full version (with mix title Spontaneous Club Combustion) and a radio version (with mix title Spontaneous Radio Combustion) were recorded, but only the Spontaneous Club Combustion is available on their first demo cdr.

Buropolitik in the Ionic Data Base

At the moment Sven is working in the Ionic Data Base together with Thomas Verschueren to get Buropolitik's demo moving (check the LINK section for their URL, it will be updated soon). By the end of the month this demo should be finished. That is if Ionic Vision will be able to finish their remix in time. Check out our AURAL section, there are some MP3's to download, that way people who don't know us can get a general idea on how we sound. Most of our releases are still available (except for ION002, this one is vanished from planet earth). Same goes for our early demo-casette work. Few people asked if we still have copies of that, well we can say, we don't! And there is not a chance they will ever be available again, nor will we compile them on a CD release. If this dissapoints several people we can make it up by saying that we are currently working on the design of T-shirts. When we release the next CD, they should be available as well. But all this is music for the future, but we promise the waiting will be worthwhile! We have added few more links as well, and soon we will give more shape to our ION section. Happy Millenium!

Hello Very Ionic Persons. We wish you all the best for the upcoming millenium. May we 'rage against the acoustic' for another 1000 years to come. This year will hopefully be the year that brings us really back into the heart of the scene. At this moment we are making plans to release two CD's this year, a mini album (tagged as ION005) and a full length album (ION006). Nothing is sure yet and no label has been chosen. We only have about 90 minutes of rough material, ready to get enraged! But right now Sven is working along with Buropolitk. This new band is creating its first demo and it will be recorded with the aid of Ionic Vision in the ionic data base. We will keep you informed on the progress of that demo (it will have a remix on it by Ionic Vision, so all you guys buy it) and how, when and where you can contact Buropolitik. Many of you asked us by mail why we will not appear on the upcoming Nitzer Ebb tribute. Well, no one can beat the masters, so can't we! Maybe one day we may consider it, but not for now! And all the other bands will probably do better than we do.

ION 004 is ready to be printed

Long time no news, we know. But that is only for your sake. We have been working to complete the upcoming album, Homo Sovieticus (ION004). And so we weren't able to spread news or rumours. Anyway, here are some things you may want to know.

Few people send us, and the label DSBP, a request if it was possible to buy a promo CDr of Homo Sovieticus? Off course the answer was negative, promo's are only meant for radio-stations and magazines. They are the lucky ones receiving a copy with these four exclusive tracks. To give in a little to those who requested this promo, we can tell you two things: The first 25 fans who will order an ION004 through Ionic Data can get a signed copy for only $2!! After that we will sell the remaining copies (only 200 copies were printed, so not many are left). In any case, when you order an album you get a free key-hanger (I know it's a fishy thing, but honestly wouldn't you want to have one yourself??) coming with the album as extra promo-stuff. Only if you order an album throughout our website you get a free key-hanger, but beware ; the amount is strictly limited and they are not for sale separately!

If you are not one of the lucky persons to grab such a copy you can still enjoy the exclusive tracks partly. The Belgian band Buropolitik made a radio edit of that exclusive promo only mix, "Replica", of Homo Sovieticus. The edit is called "Politikal edit" and is featured on the new album. When you are reading this mail, the CD is probably in print, so look out for it. It will be available shortly !

Besides that, we have new pictures from the kick-off gig we gave in De Boerderij / Geleen / NL last month. Over there, we tried (together with a bunch of kicking EBM fans from Germany (Hello Daniel & co, keep on raging against the acoustic!!) several of our new tracks. Gosh, it was one of the best gigs we ever had. Oh, in case you may forget about it, we are still looking for contacts in your country to play live. Give us a sign!! Maybe, maybe, there is a chance we put one of the new tracks we played there in the AURAL-section soon. So you can enjoy these rarities, keep an eye and ear on it! Also we are thinking of placing exclusive tracks on our site for you to (ab-)use freely.

Something else we are working on is a guestbook section (you, making a guest appearance on our website, cool no?) so you can chat along with other fans. On the other hand, nothing is definite yet !

Ionic Vision is in contact with many new and interesting people. People who have a very intersting website in the EBM mainstream. If you think that you have a website like that, please get in touch with us and we will put it in our link section (Sorry for those who are not yet in it, soon you will). So we get a worldwide chain of EBM related people and bands. Reach out and be part of the anti-acoustic society !!!!

Last but not least, we feel it's high time to thank few people. There are so many who supported us in the past and we lost contact with them. Some of these people got back in touch with us! This is what I call, true support! You know who you are, we won't give names here, because there are too many, and we may risk to forget someone. We thank you all kindly for the support you gave us back then and apologise for leaving you out in the cold, but from now on, you are a member of IONIC VISION. Surely we may not forget to thank our present label representatives, TommyT and Bernt. These guys are working their (nice or ugly, up to you!) butts off to get us back on the track.

The release of Homo Sovieticus Promo Cdr (PION004)

This is the moment all has been waiting for, new Ionic Vision material is ready. For now the only thing that is available is a strictly limited DJ promo CDr. The catalogue number is PION004 and the tracklisting goes like this :

DATA MIXES for TESTUBE (US)

The 9th band in a row being remixed by Ionic Vision, and not just any band. Testube recently released their album Bio-plaza and asked the Belgian EBM bangers, to give one of their tracks a euro-dance style. And that's were the Ionic crew came walking in. The Ionic eye and ear fell on the track Contrast. A harsh driven EBM track with a pop-like melody. Ionic Vision created three different versions, but nothing is clear yet which version will appear where.

IONIC DATA and DSBP join forces

Being wrapped in a mysterious haze for over two years IONIC VISION strikes back.. After having produced few bands and finishing several remixes for other bands they plan to set both feet on American ground. A new full length CD is announced for the end of this year. A strictly limited edition mainly available for their US fans only, containing their bashing EBM tunes. This CD will be released under the flag of the Albuquerqe-New Mexico based label DSBP, well known for supporting the harsh electronic underground music across the globe.And distributing and promoting loads of music through the world-beloved - CYBERAGE RADIO (www,cyberage.cx) (addiction)

This joint-venture between IONIC DATA (responsible institution for IONIC VISION's propaganda) and DSBP will give birth to "HOMO SOVIETICUS" (tagged as ION004). IONIC VISION will be able to spread all of it's electronic mayhem next to DSBP bands like Diverje, Biopsy, in-FUSED, System Der Dinge Produkt 13, and Lateral Tension,... This limited edition cd will be released in late November on DSBP,and be available through GEMM ,DSBP,and other cool indie distributors who are doing all they can to keep the underground music getting heard and known!( we appreciate it very much!)

The cd will contain several new tracks,rare,unreleased mixes,remixes,live stuff,and a few "best of.." tracks from the outstanding "rage against the acoustic " cd! ....this is a must have for any EBM-elektro fan!! DATA MIXES for DIVERJE (US)

Ionic Vision has been very busy lately mixing other bands. One of their latests endorsements are the remixes created for the US band Diverje. Diverje known for it's US EBM style asked Ionic Vision to tear down and rebuilt their track Scream For Me (available in it's original shape on the album Existence/Program). Ionic Vision has made (so their tradition goes) a full length remix with an extreme fitting subtitle "Ionic Mayhem at maximum". This version will probably be available on the forthcoming Diverje album (on skin/off line, due for middle of next year) DSBP does not exclude that the smaller radio edit entitled "Ionic Mayhem at minimum" may have a chance to appear on few forthcoming samplers .In any case, look out for them!
